Preparation
We work with management to evaluate the company’s financial profile, key value drivers, and potential buyer interest. During this stage we develop transaction materials, organize financial and operational information, and define the positioning narrative that will guide buyer discussions.

Outreach
Once preparation is complete, we initiate a structured and confidential outreach process. Potential strategic and financial buyers are identified, prioritized, and contacted under strict confidentiality protocols. Our objective is to create a competitive environment while ensuring that management’s time is spent with the most qualified and serious counterparties.

Negotiate & Close
As buyer interest develops, we guide the company through negotiations and the final stages of the transaction process. This includes evaluating proposals, negotiating transaction terms, and coordinating diligence with legal and accounting advisors. Our focus is to maintain momentum, resolve diligence issues efficiently, and help the client achieve a successful closing.
